SUITS
& TUXEDO'S
Suits Are Ordered Based on Jacket Size, To Determine
the right jacket size measure the persons chest (see instructions
below).
Raise your arms slightly and measure around your
chest, just under
your arms. Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest
part of the chest. Suit sizes are based on your chest size. For example,
if you have a 37" or 38" chest, you would wear a size 38 suit.
TO CONFIRM YOUR SUIT SIZE:
Measure your waist or the waistband of a comfortable,
well fitting pair of pants and add 6 inches. Our Suits (unless noted
otherwise) will have a pant size of 6" less then the jacket size
ordered.
Example: Suit size 42 jacket comes with
36" waist trousers.

Single Breasted Suits
From the 1930s onwards, peaked lapels, often on a single
button jacket, have been variably in fashion, and this now a classic,
though slightly unusual, look. The width of the lapels is one of the
most changeable aspects of the jacket, and narrow peak lapels on
single-breasted jackets have become popular during the 2000s.

Double-breasted suit jackets were popular from the late 1930s until the late 1950s, and again from the mid 1980s to the mid 1990s. Today, double-breasted jackets are considered fairly conservative, and are not worn as often as single-breasted jackets, though most tailors consider them to have lasting style.

Traditional Suits
Traditional suit styles have been passed down from generation to generation. A traditional style suit is usually a more conservative and business style. Although traditional suits hang very well, they tend to be a little more uncomfortable.

|
|
|
Fashion Suits
Fashion style suits are for the less conservative man. They seem to trend more with the current styles or even bring back some of the old 50's and 60's looks.

Vintage Suits
Vintage Suits are much more than a work uniform. The modern style suit may be a staple among business men and fashion acolytes alike, but the retro suit however, has a unique cut that really accentuates a persons individual character.
